New brand, new design

MontuaPartner Communications becomes MPC – a name that reflects the direction in which the company has developed: To a strategic consultancy at the interface of communication, leadership and culture.

Hamburg, July 1, 2025 – MontuaPartner Communications is now called MPC. The renaming marks the next step in a continuous development that the company has undergone in recent years. Over the past few years, the consultancy for internal communications has evolved into a strategic partner for change management – with a focus on communication, leadership, culture and structure. The new name stands for this evolved orientation, for interdisciplinarity and for the team concept. The focus is no longer on the founder alone, but on the joint efforts of all colleagues.

An interdisciplinary team at the center

Over two decades, MPC has established itself as a pioneer in consulting for internal communication and in phases of change. Over the past few years, our consulting expertise has expanded from traditional (internal) communication to in-depth transformation expertise in the fields of culture, structure and leadership.

In view of the many challenges, there is currently an increasing urgency for companies to position themselves even more precisely in terms of content and structure, to develop the (management) skills they will need in the future at an early stage and to put structures to the test.

MPC relies on an interdisciplinary team with expertise in the fields of communication, strategy, culture, organizational development and leadership to shape these change processes in companies systematically and with the utmost precision.

Change as a strategic success factor

“We see transformation as a strategic process that requires not just short-term solutions, but far-reaching, sustainable change,” explains Managing Director Andrea Montua. “Organizations need support in their day-to-day business and during change. However, it is becoming increasingly important to prepare for the issues that will be important or even vital for their business tomorrow. The aim of our own transformation and the renaming that has now taken place was to position ourselves as a partner for the transformations of tomorrow in the best possible way in order to be perfectly equipped for the coming areas of development.”
