We are MPC – a consultancy for internal communication, cultural development and transformation support. Every day, we support companies in successfully shaping change, get people talking, create structures and provide support with heart and mind. We have been doing all of this for more than 20 years.

Who we are looking for

MPC is growing – that’s why we are looking to strengthen our team of consultants, full-time, on site in Hamburg and in a hybrid working model, preferably from January 2026 – exact starting date by arrangement. We are looking for people who are passionate about change, who want to think, help shape and develop solutions together. Pragmatic, team-oriented, professional.

Your tasks

  • Preparation, implementation and follow-up of workshops, interviews and customer meetings
  • Development and implementation of change and communication concepts together with experienced consultants
  • Management of small projects or sub-projects – including budget, offers and invoices
  • Research and analysis of trends, topics and challenges of our clients
  • Participation in acquisition and marketing measures as well as in the further development of MPC (processes, structures, tools)

This suits you if you …

  • …have a great desire to accompany communicative changes in companies
  • …are analytically strong, think strategically and act independently in a team
  • …confidently set priorities and maintain an overview even when on the move
  • …don’t shy away from decisions and communicate your ideas clearly
  • …have a “consultant mindset” – i.e. you are curious, listen carefully and find pragmatic solutions
  • …work in a structured manner and set priorities confidently
  • …have completed training or a degree in business, communication, psychology or similar
  • …have gained initial practical experience in consultancies and/or companies
  • …are very confident with MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
  • …have a very good command of German and at least a good command of English
