Strategic Business Partner – Support for company management
(f/m/d, part-time/full-time, hybrid)

We are MontuaPartner Communications (MPC) – a consultancy for internal communications, cultural development and transformation support. Every day, we support companies in successfully shaping change, get people talking, create structures and provide support with heart and mind. We have been doing all of this for more than 20 years.

Who we are looking for

MPC is growing – in terms of topics, responsibility and complexity. In order to effectively implement strategic priorities and noticeably relieve the burden on management on a day-to-day basis, we have a role with proximity to decisions, an overview of interrelationships and clear responsibility for implementation: the Strategic Business Partner.

The role is already an integral part of our organization and is deliberately designed to be dynamic. As a Strategic Business Partner, you will work closely with the management, partners and directors, structure complex issues, prepare decisions and ensure that strategic priorities are consistently pursued and implemented – between a strategic perspective and operational involvement.

Location: hybrid incl. regular meetings and workshops in Hamburg

Your tasks – an excerpt

  • Active participation in the development and management of strategically relevant initiatives and internal projects
  • Structuring complex, cross-divisional topics and priorities
  • Preparation of decision bases, options and recommendations for management and directors
  • Ensuring that strategic decisions are effectively implemented, reviewed and further developed
  • Further development and application of central management tools (e.g. OKRs, forecast)
  • Content and structural preparation of relevant appointments, workshops and decision-making rounds
  • Implementation support and optimization of internal communication formats
  • Proactive impetus for the further development of structures, processes and working methods at MPC

The role suits you if you …

  • want to take on responsibility and enjoy moving things forward consistently and with implementation strength
  • like to think along, question and create clarity – even when there are conflicting interests
  • think strategically and also like to advance and implement operationally
  • deal confidently with proximity to management/director level and sensitive information
  • have already gained experience in a consulting, agency or similar environment, for example as an assistant to the management, chief of staff, project manager or consultant
  • are very confident in MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
  • have a good command of English in addition to business fluent German
