Michael Röll is moving from the business world to the strategy consultancy, which specializes in supporting change and transformation processes as well as internal communication projects. The 52-year-old brings many years of experience from leading positions in corporate communications. Among other things, Röll was responsible for the communications department at the TUI Group for several years and for communications and sustainability at the Spanish subsidiary TUI Musement. Röll has also held other management positions in communications at Vodafone Germany, Stinnes AG and most recently at the recruitment platform StepStone.
At MPC, Michael Röll will not only further strengthen the core business of the Hamburg-based consultancy, the communicative support of change and transformation processes, but will also help to expand the areas of corporate and C-level positioning, crisis communication and interim management.
