For a cup of tea with… Rike Pätzold

Rike Pätzold’s work is all about system change: as head of the Institute for Practical Emergence, she researches new ways of changing living systems from the inside out. As part of the institute, she is currently setting up the Munich chapter of Speculative Futures, part of the Design Futures Initiative. She helps leaders from a wide range of industries, organizations and institutions to deviate from the script and supports teams to work together on transformation.
