What moves companies: A bouquet of colors

Companies present their best cases at congresses or conferences and people are impressed. Wow! What they do/can do/move. But rest assured: the majority of companies deal with a colorful bouquet of very common issues.

  • Missing goals. Not every company has clearly defined its goals. Established structures, clear market conditions and customer structures that have prevailed for many years have virtually ensured the company’s existence. In rapidly changing market environments, however, a lack of goals does not lead to success.
  • The accessibility of non-desk workers is a perennial issue. This challenge arises again and again and is a constant in internal communication.
  • Stable communication structures that also work when things have to happen quickly and when it counts are what our customers are looking for.
  • The strategic topics of digitalization and sustainability are also no longer new, but are still topical. Ways are being sought to involve, motivate and motivate employees.
  • Due to the established home office structures, many are still in the process of adapting their corporate culture and clarifying the question of how connection and exchange can continue.
  • We are in contact with IC departments that are realigning themselves, adapting their strategy or developing one in the first place. This is often the case when changes occur at C-level and the role of IC is either less or more in focus than before.
  • The topic of employer branding has become somewhat quieter than at the beginning of the year, but has by no means fallen silent. In this context, we are increasingly advising our clients to look at their knowledge management. If you want to preserve the knowledge of long-serving employees, you should start forming tandems long before colleagues leave the company and systematically query their knowledge.
