Hamburg, December 27, 2024 – MontuaPartner Communications (MPC), one of the leading communications consultancies for companies in transition, is delighted to welcome Marlisa Christ as a new partner as of January 1, 2025. Together with founder and Managing Director Andrea Montua, the 37-year-old Frankfurt native and Munich resident will continue to develop the consultancy strategically and operationally and continue MPC’s successful course. Christ has been working as a consultant at the DACH-wide consulting agency since 2021 and has held the position of Director of Internal Communications & Change since 2023. The new shareholder will increasingly focus on the areas of human resources and marketing as well as the further development of the operating business.
Over the past 12 months, MPC has once again adapted to the future needs of the market and is focusing its core business more strongly than before on advising companies in change and transformation processes. With the new partner structure and numerous new consultant colleagues, the company is ideally positioned for further growth.
“Companies are facing increasingly complex challenges: Globalization, digitalization and the consequences of social and political crises call for strategies and leaders who enable real transformation, provide orientation and use communication as a lever. Marlisa’s move up to the partner level is exactly the right step to be able to deploy our portfolio of strategic consulting and implementation workbench even more successfully,” Andrea Montua, founder and Managing Director, is convinced. “Marlisa knows how to use communication with employees and managers as a key factor for successful change processes. She also puts her unmistakable stamp on our consultancy. I am delighted that she will now also be contributing her energy as a shareholder.”
Since joining MPC three and a half years ago, Marlisa Christ has developed client projects with passion and implementation strength, accompanied the internal transformation process of the consultancy and successfully developed and expanded the team. Her greatest strengths are her empathy for customers and also for our employees, as well as her pragmatism.
“Transformation,” explains Marlisa Christ, “is not a sure-fire success. It requires a comprehensible strategy, clear messages and empathetic support. MPC lives this approach like hardly any other consultancy. I look forward to working with Andrea and the team to lead companies through change and to success. I also want to focus even more intensively than before on our organization – the brand, our employer brand and the internal processes.”
