Prof. Dr. Carsten C. Schermuly is a qualified psychologist, Professor of Business Psychology and Managing Director of the Institute for New Work and Coaching at the SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences. His research focuses on the topics of empowerment, new work and coaching. Personalmagazin selected him as one of the 40 leading HR minds. He has received awards for his research from Henley Business School, Harvard Medical School and the European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology. The “Psychology of Power” is his third book after “New Work Utopia” and “New Work Dystopia”.
