Are guidebooks boring and models a dry affair? Not at all. At least not if you look at the little yellow booklet by Benjamin Spycher and Oliver Tokarski and are inspired by the models for leadership work and group dynamic processes. In this episode of “Auf einen Tee”, Andrea Montua talks to two professors. Both have turned their passion into a profession and provide theoretical and practical ideas for more active and better collaboration.
Managers and interested parties will find suitable ideas and tools for their own day-to-day work and also for change and transformation processes in order to better understand and develop organizations, to reflect on and organize themselves, to understand and support their counterparts, and to lead and develop teams.
Kim Oliver Tokarski is Professor of Entrepreneurship, Strategy and Corporate Development. He is Head of Continuing Education at the Bern University of Applied Sciences for Business, Head of the EMBA Digital Business and MAS Business Informatics programs.
Benjamin Spycher is head of the EMBA Leadership and Management program at the Bern University of Applied Sciences. He specializes in leadership training as well as communication and conflict management training.
