For a cup of tea with… Anke Schmidt

Beiersdorf AG is a traditional company based in Hamburg. People all over the world know Beiersdorf’s brands such as NIVEA, EUCERIN and HANSAPLAST and have certainly used its products at some point. Of course, tradition does not protect against change, which is why topics such as purpose, new work and cultural change are also part of everyday life for Beiersdorf’s communications colleagues. In the midst of the coronavirus confusion, Anke Schmidt joined Beiersdorf AG in 2020 after 24 years at BASF – a change within a change.
