Who we are looking for

MPC is growing – in customer projects, topics and internal plans. That’s why we are looking for support from people who don’t just want to do “something with communication”, but want to get to know consulting, project work and change communication in practice: as an intern.

About us

We are MontuaPartner Communications (MPC) – a consultancy for internal communications, cultural development and transformation support. For over 20 years, we have been helping companies to shape change effectively: with clear communication, sustainable structures and a good feel for people, organizations and dynamics.

Your role

You will work closely with our consultants, support ongoing client projects, prepare content, research, structure, think along and actively contribute to the advancement of topics. At the same time, you will gain insight into MPC’s internal projects and strategic priorities.

Important: We are looking for interns with some relevant previous experience as well as interest and enthusiasm for MPC and our subject areas.

  • Location: Hamburg, on site at MPC Townhouse
  • Start: By arrangement
  • Duration & scope: 3 months, full-time

Your tasks – an excerpt

  • Collaboration in customer projects and support in the content and organizational implementation of ongoing projects
  • Content preparation and follow-up of appointments, workshops and meetings
  • Creation and further development of PowerPoint presentations for customer meetings, workshops and internal decision-making rounds
  • Research on topics relating to internal communication, organization, leadership, culture and transformation – including structured preparation of the results
  • Support in project organization, e.g. with timings, coordination, documentation
  • Collaboration on internal topics and strategic focal points of MPC
  • Selected marketing support, e.g. for website, social media and newsletter content

The role suits you if you …

  • have already completed your studies or are at an advanced stage of your studies, e.g. in communications, social sciences, economics or the humanities
  • have already gained initial insights into consulting or agency work as well as communication, change, transformation or internal communication through internships, working student activities or comparable experience
  • Want to take on responsibility and think actively
  • work in a structured manner, even when several topics are running in parallel
  • work confidently with MS Office, especially PowerPoint, and enjoy preparing content in a clear, logical and visually clean way
  • have a good feel for languages, a basic technical understanding and an interest in organizations, people and change
  • have a very good command of German and English
  • would like to get to know MPC not only for three months, but can also imagine a longer-term collaboration
