Development at MPC
Development is an integral part of everyday working life at MPC.
We believe in clear feedback, increasing responsibility and individual career paths – based on attitude, ambition and cooperation at eye level. For us, growth occurs where people take on responsibility and develop in the process.
How growth is measured
Job profile
For each role, there is a job profile that briefly and clearly describes what is part of the job.
Development plans & discussions
At regular intervals, we look together at skills, strengths and areas for development: What is going well? Where are there gaps? What is needed for the next step?
Feedback & reflection
Development comes about through dialog - through self-reflection, feedback from the team and open discussions with the manager.
How responsibility grows with you
With increasing experience complexity and project requirements increase – the scope for creativity is great from day one, thanks to trust and confidence in the abilities of each individual in the team.
Seniority The decisive factor is not age, but relevant professional and consulting experience - measured in terms of specific skills and responsibility in the project.
Creative freedom Regardless of the level: thinking, shaping and showing initiative is expressly desired - from day one.
What a career at MPC can look like
Paths and developments proceed at MPC individually and not linear, but always with a system and in exchange.
Roles & paths
Entry is possible at different levels – from internships and consulting to senior and management consulting.
Development can take place professionally, in project responsibility or in the direction of leadership. For us, leadership begins with self-management and responsibility for topics, quality and orientation.
Consulting & internal roles
In addition to working on customer projects, there are also internal roles, e.g. in AI, marketing, HR, organization or knowledge management – depending on your needs, interests and strengths.
Accompaniment & Tempo
Development takes place together – accompanied by colleagues, managers, HR and with targeted training and development.
