What was your goal for the impulse and was it achieved?
One of our declared goals for internal communication at our company is to increase the involvement and connection of middle and lower management levels – the future top managers of the coming years. As the start of this journey, we now invite high-caliber external speakers once a quarter for a keynote speech followed by a discussion. The content will focus on topics from everyday working life and beyond: leadership & communication, sustainability, product innovations, etc. The first round took place in October 2022 and was a complete success thanks to Andrea Montua, who supported us in designing the format and was the first speaker. The curiosity of the participants was huge. As was the attendance rate at the event itself. And the best thing about it: this format is being talked about within the company and the second round is eagerly awaited.
Is there anything that you particularly liked/remembered?
The uncomplicated cooperation during the conception phase, the professional implementation of the first event and, of course, the happy, positive reactions of the participants.
What did the participants think of the workshop?
Many of the participants felt that they were being seen and heard for the first time. The event is seen as a nice, relaxed “add on” to everyday working life and at the same time offers an important platform for professional exchange with colleagues at the same hierarchical level – networking in its purest form, with exciting impulses from outside and in a cozy atmosphere, what more could you want?
