3 questions for… Anton

How would you describe the culture of our company in three words?

Human. Supportive. Together.

These are three words that describe the reality of working at MPC very well – even if it sounds a bit cheesy and like a “perfect world”.

In which moments in your day-to-day work do you feel that our mission statement is lived at MPC?

Especially when we come together – at the team workshop or in joint meetings. But also in general, on my own path here at MPC – I am actively encouraged, I have an incredible amount of say and the contact with everyone is empathetic and very personal.

How do you implement the mission statement in your day-to-day work?

As a member of GenZ, I expect from my employer – in addition to the hard factors such as flexible working arrangements and an appropriate salary – first and foremost openness, i.e. flat hierarchies, a diverse approach to issues and empathetic and friendly cooperation. MPC fulfills these expectations and the company’s own values also coincide with my personal ones. This means that I can work very naturally and don’t have to consciously pay attention to the implementation of our values in everyday life. So it’s a perfect match!

What plays a major role for me, however, is the vision and, in conjunction with this, our strategic ambitions. We strive to support companies on a human and economic level while working at the highest level. This is a permanent goal that I am also working towards – through further training and conscientious work in all projects. As the person responsible for innovation and trends, in addition to my day-to-day work in consulting and our marketing department, I also provide insights at team events – currently increasingly on the topic of artificial intelligence.
