What is the best way to conduct employee appraisals? <\/p>\n<p>The number one topic of small talk at the moment is not the weather. Instead, we&#8217;re throwing percentages at each other: For me, it will be 60\/40. There are no announcements in our company yet, but there are rumours of 50\/50. And if things go really badly: We have to give back 100 percent. We&#8217;re talking about the future possibility of dividing working hours between home and office. There are winners and losers in these talks.
