They promote agility, enable teams to work in a hybrid way and support small, medium-sized and highly transformative change processes.  <\/p>\n<p>This has two consequences: the fields of activity and responsibilities are growing rapidly and with them the professionalization that now has to take place at ever shorter intervals and in more and more fields.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Professionalization of IC  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We at MPC are also working intensively on training our team so that they not only meet the constantly growing requirements, but can also conceive and design the projects in the companies as pioneers.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2022, we have therefore been offering our employees exclusive, comprehensive internal IC &amp; change training. This ensures that our high quality standards are not only maintained, but that we are constantly addressing the most pressing issues in the market. <\/p>\n<p>There is a special feature in our training cycle this April: we are opening our course exclusively to a small group of colleagues from companies and universities who can choose between the basic and premium package.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What it will be about  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On four training dates, you will receive a scientifically sound and practical overview of current IC and change topics. You will learn about the most important tools and instruments of IC, gain insights into IC storytelling and tips for setting up your campaigns.
