A lack of commitment is a growing problem in Germany.<\/h3>\n\n

The results here have actually worsened compared to last year:<\/p>\n\n

    \n
  • only 30% of employees feel that their manager is always available and makes time for their concerns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • almost half of employees do not<\/strong> intend to still be with their current company in a year’s time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • companies in Germany lose at least 118.1 billion euros due to a lack of motivation and \u201cquiet quitting\u201d. According to Gallup, the actual loss is probably even higher. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 35% of employees feel internally burnt out. The risk of burnout has increased significantly since coronavirus. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    The study confirms a connection between a high level of emotional attachment of employees to their employer and motivated work:<\/h3>\n\n

    • stay longer with their employer<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • perform better quality work<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • make customers more satisfied<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • suffer fewer accidents at work and<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • have fewer days of absence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

      However, Gallup also shows that 87% of employees do not<\/strong> have a strong emotional bond with their employer.<\/p>\n\n

      The responsibility for a high level of emotional attachment to the employer lies largely with the managers.<\/h3>\n\n
