Where are the opportunities – and where are the limits? While AI guidelines are often anchored in the IT or legal department, the communications department also needs clear guidelines for its own approach to AI.<\/p>\n

Because we all experience it every day: AI is fundamentally changing communication: it accelerates processes, creates new creative possibilities and optimizes analyses. At the same time, it brings challenges – from the credibility of content to responsibility for corporate messages and use in crisis situations.<\/p>\n

Communications teams should define guidelines for dealing with AI<\/strong><\/h3>\n

  2. How do we preserve our corporate values and tone of voice in AI-generated texts?<\/li>\n
  3. Where do we use AI for support – and where do we need human control?<\/li>\n

    AI is a powerful tool – but no substitute for strategy, journalistic diligence and human responsibility.
