Putting values to the test
MontuaPartner was founded in 2004 as Germany’s first agency to specialize exclusively in internal communications. Our initially small team of freelance specialists has grown to more than 30 permanent and freelance colleagues, including copywriters and graphic designers as well as communication experts, strategists, trainers and organizational developers.
Today, 20 years later, MPC has transformed itself from an implementation agency for internal communication into a consulting agency with a focus on change, transformation and leadership. We are happy to be the first point of contact for clients throughout Germany, Austria and Switzerland when it comes to communicating change sustainably within companies and successfully shaping change.
Transformation as part of the corporate culture
MPC is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. Such a long tradition, at least in terms of communication, cannot exist without constantly questioning what already exists. Values, self-image and also the visual and content-related appearance must be continuously put to the test – and found to be appropriate.
We find two aspects particularly important:
- We love change and exemplify it. Especially companies that, like us, accompany change should know what they are doing and how these developments feel for those involved.
- We live our values. Of course, long-term tradition is also possible in a rather short-lived communication. For this to work, it helps to take a critical look at what makes up your own tradition, what it is – and what it is not. You can communicate transparently and appreciatively for 20 years. You can pursue the wonderfully timeless project of bringing companies into their human power over many years without losing topicality – but not with the same strategies, the same tools and in the same way.
Over the past two decades, we too have changed time and again in order to adapt developments in internal communication and transformation to the needs of our customers and to chart new paths in communication.
In doing so, we have made a significant contribution to transforming internal communication as transformation support, as an internal sparring and coaching partner and as a management enabler.
We are happy to remain traditionally transformative.
