What actually makes us feel good at work? When it feels good? When it challenges and strengthens us? Or if we can contribute as many of our strengths as possible?
In the new episode of “Auf einen Tee”, Andrea Montua talks to Prof. Dr. Laura Venz – organizational psychologist, recreation researcher and amateur gardener. It’s about healthy performance, effective breaks, leadership without micromanagement – and the question of why “good work” is more than just a nice feeling.
A podcast for everyone who wants to rethink work and make it better.
